Paul and I started Harvest Food Company in 2004, after Elliot was born. We started cooking nuts in maple syrup in woks in our kitchen. That summer we had one store account and a spot at a small farm market.
 

Now our commercial facility is open, and we can roast 10 pounds of almonds at once! If you would like to stop by, please drop us an email; we'd love to show you around.
